1. Nature of Services
SquadXpro provides digital, subscription-based and event-based software services for managing sports player auctions and related activities. All services are delivered electronically and are considered intangible and non-physical digital services.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may request cancellation of a paid service within 24 hours of placing the order only if the service has not been activated, accessed, or used.
- Once an auction is created, a subscription is activated, access credentials are issued, or the service is partially or fully used, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- No cancellations are allowed for services that are time-bound, event-based, or already in progress.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at the discretion of SquadXpro, subject to the conditions below:

Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was deducted but the service was not activated within the stipulated activation window.
- There was a verified duplicate or excess payment.
- A technical issue solely attributable to SquadXpro permanently prevented access to the purchased service.
All services on SquadXpro are subject to manual activation by our team.
- Activation may take up to 36 hours to 4 business days from the time of successful payment, depending on service type, verification requirements, and workload.
- Users acknowledge and agree that a delay within this activation window does not qualify as non-activation and shall not be grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. No Refund for Data Loss or Event Disruptions
- System outages or software bugs
- Third-party service failures (payment gateways, hosting providers, internet services)
- User error or misconfiguration
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
- Processing timelines may vary based on the payment gateway or issuing bank
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact SquadXpro support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or termination of user accounts
- Restriction on future use of the Platform
7. Modifications to Policy
SquadXpro reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
