These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. Platform Ownership

The domain name squadxpro.com (the “Platform”) is owned and operated by MaxBuzz, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Tawakkul Ex Deodi Bazar, City Chowk, Ch. Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad, 431001.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform or any Services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Nature of Services

SquadXpro provides digital tools and platform services to facilitate sports player auctions, team management, event management tools, and other related features. SquadXpro acts as a technology facilitator and does not participate in, control, verify, or endorse auctions, bids, player valuations, team decisions, financial arrangements or agreements made between users.

All actions taken on the Platform are performed at the discretion and responsibility of the users.

4. User Registration & Account Responsibility

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide personal or organisational information. By registering you agree to:
  • Provide true, accurate and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and update your information as required;
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. SquadXpro shall not be liable for any unauthorised access, misuse, or loss arising from your failure to secure your account.

5. Data Storage & System Availability

You acknowledge and agree that:
  • SquadXpro stores user data to enable login, account management, and platform functionality;
  • While reasonable security measures are implemented, no system is completely secure;
  • Technical issues, maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure events may cause downtime, delays, data loss, or service disruption.

SquadXpro shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of data, revenue, business, goodwill, or outcomes resulting from system crashes, bugs, malfunctions, unauthorised access, or service interruptions. Users are advised to maintain independent backups of critical data.

6. No Liability for User Conduct or Outcomes

SquadXpro acts solely as a technology facilitator. We are not responsible for:
  • Decisions made during auctions or events;
  • Financial losses, disputes, or disagreements between users;
  • Player performance, availability, or eligibility;
  • Misuse of the Platform by organisers, team owners, or participants.
All transactions, commitments, and representations made through the Platform are strictly between users.

7. No Warranty

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. SquadXpro expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
  • Accuracy or completeness of information;
  • Continuous or error-free operation;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights;
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
Unauthorised or abusive use may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, logos, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to SquadXpro. No rights are granted to users except the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, tools, or payment gateways. SquadXpro is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Payments

Users agree to pay applicable fees for Services as displayed on the Platform. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. SquadXpro does not store sensitive payment information.

By making a payment you authorize SquadXpro to charge your chosen payment method. Prices and taxes may change and will be displayed at checkout.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadXpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

In no event shall SquadXpro’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim or INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is lower.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SquadXpro, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
  • Your use or misuse of the Platform;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Force Majeure

SquadXpro shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, government actions, or internet outages.

15. Modification of Terms

SquadXpro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Ch. Sambhaji Nagar).
